Below is the response from LPS, signed by Ms. Chomicz, in which I asked for her Human Resources experience, credentials, and certifications at the time she was hired as the district's Human Resources Director. The fact that this is all they could find, speaks for itself.

Could we not have found somone with better qualified for 132k?
